What is your shipping policy?

All orders $35 and over qualify for free shipping. Orders under $35 have a flat fee shipping policy of $5. If the only items you are ordering are stickers, they will be sent via letter mail for free.

Damages and Returns

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns, but if an item arrives damaged or defective, upon proof, we can either provide a refund or send a new item free of charge.
